Earth Day on Campus! 

As a youth-led organization, we focus our energy toward bringing in more youth involvement in every way we can. For Earth Day 2024, we partnered with Post Landfill Action Network to table at the Earth Day celebrations on Berea College’s campus as well as Western Kentucky University’s campus. We had stickers, coloring sheets and door prizes for students to learn more about our organization and what we do. We also asked students to write a letter to Governor Andy Beshear asking him to cease all use of styrofoam and plastic in the Capitols cafeteria in Frankfort. Each person who wrote a letter was able to take home a plant, provided by the WKU Horticulture club. Thanks to everyone who came out!
